you really obsure the results when switch from 4 stings to a 5 string.

Darkglass seems to handle those low tones well.

What kind of strings would you recommend for this bass? The strings I have feel so loose.

Bummer this bass isn't a neck through! The sculpted heel seems very nice though. I've found so many bolt necks make it a nightmare to play up high.

D0 seems to be the lowest usable tuning, at least with those strings.

I always appreciate your demos. They are very well produced and showcase what the instrument/amp is capable of in different configurations. You often use the Genzler Bass Array cabs. Do you have any experience with and thoughts on the BA12-3 version 2?

Is this using a 4 inch 70's spacing or 3.6 inch 60's spacing? It almost sounds like 70's, but almost sounds like a mix of the two, like a hybrid 3.8 inch spacing that is neither 60's nor 70's
